What is Kite?

Kite is a simple client dashboard, that allows saving client contacts, track learning session and payments. It is designed to track progress/feedback with your clients while being simple to use on your phone or from desktop.

Is Kite free to use?

Yes! Kite offers a free starter version. There are also premium plans available with more features, custom components, and priority support.

Is this a CRM?

Primarely yes. Common name for our software is CRM, but we made Kite to add custom integrations that would fit teachers and tutors.

Billing & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments in the app are added manually. This is great for simplicity. Let us know if you would like integration with a payment provider.

How do I pay my subscription?

Payments are organised through paypal, its best if you send us your payment confirmation. Annual payments are the only option right now.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for now.

How do I get support if I run into an issue?

Does Kite support dark mode?

Yes, Kite includes built-in dark mode support. It respects the user's system preference and can also be toggled manually.
